LOCATION
The apartment is located in the historical centre of Pag town, in a 500 year-old, completely renovated building.
History is palpable in the town and the apartment is conveniently located only a few steps away from everything including the sea, restaurants, cafés, shops and the port.
APPLIANCES
In the excellently equipped kitchen a dishwasher, an electric stove, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a toaster awaits the guests. (There is also a traditional coffeemaker for those who prefer it.)
We also provide four towels per person, including a large beach towel, as well as further beach equipment and beach bags. All rooms are air conditioned. There is a TV, a mini fridge and a hairdryer in all rooms and free wifi is available in the entire apartment. The wardrobes contain a locked safe in all bedrooms.
STRUCTURE
THE BUILDING IS A TYPICAL TOWN CENTRE HOUSE WITH 5 FLOORS WITH AN AREA OF 150M2 AND IT HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A FULL RENOVATION IN 2014.
The ground floor contains a kitchen dining and social area, fully equipped for 10 people as well as a toilet.
The first floor is a hotel style bedroom with one double bed and a comfortable bathroom, which is particularly spacious by Croatian standards.
The second floor and third floors are essentially identical and contain bedrooms with a double bed and a sofabed, and also include the same comfortably styled bathroom as all other floors.
The fourth floor is a mini-room with a sofabed and a separate toilet which includes a washing machine. A terrace opens from this top floor.
THE HOUSE IS FOR RENT AS A SINGLE UNIT. IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR SIX TO EIGHT PEOPLE BUT USING THE EXTRA SOFABEDS IT CAN HOST UP TO TEN PEOPLE.
